Can I edit TOC cell height?

Good morning,

For design reasons, I would like to adjust the height of the Table of Contents cell height that is at the top of the TOC. Is there a way to do this for the TOC?

In addition, I would like the graphic I import the fit the width and height of the top cell for the title of the TOC. It shows up as a small file that does not really fit. Does Captivate 8 allow me to import a larger graphic file so it will fit neatly into the TOC top cell?
