Can I export a smart shape from Captivate 8?

In Captivate 8 is there a way to export a smart shape so I can import it into Adobe Photoshop?

I want to use the magic wand tool to get the exact proportion of a rounded rectangle.

That is a strange question! A shape is essentailly vector-based, why would you use a bitmap application like PS?

If you told what your goal is, I don't see why the selection tool magic wand (sorry, have been a PS teacher for 25 years) is linked to a size?

Moreover Captivate has rulers and guides, has the Options tab with exact size and position for each object.
