Can I import an instructor video and use the "Green screen" effect to change the background or do I have to record form my web cam to do this?

We have a great studio setup for "Green Screen" and audio and we get a great output from it. Can I use an instructors video from this studio, import it into Presenter instead of recording from my webcam and use the Presenter tools to replace the background?
