Can I prevent someone from answering a survey twice?

I am currently creating an e-learning module which involves the user taking a survey in order to rate how useful the learning was. I'd like to find a way to prevent the user from seeing the survey a second time if they re-open the module for whatever reason in order to prevent duplicates of data. Would this be possible?

Thanks!

If the course is 'bookmarked', it will not be possible to retake the question. There are two ways of bookmarking:

  1. Most common is when you use a LMS and turn on Reporting; that will automatically activate bookmarking
  2. If you don't use a LMS, checking the option 'Self-paced Learning' in the Table of Content will turn on bookmarking by local storage.
