Can I save and use trial version?

I have a job interview for a government agency that wants me to give an e-learning presentation for my second job interview. They are really into using Adobe Captivate. I have not used Adobe Captivate in years.

Does Adobe allow me to download the trial version of this application and to save it to I can upload the course I create to show this organization? That would be a great help if I could.

If not, what other Adobe products would you suggest I use to author an e-learning course?
