can i upgrade projects from cp 4 to cp 8 with cp 5 as a "mediator"?

Hi,

I will really appreciate an answer:

I have some projects that were made in cp 4, and needs to be upgraded to cp 8.

From reading previous questions, i understand that the only way to do it is to open my cp 4 project in a "middle version", save them and then open them again in 8.

I might still have my copy and serial of cp 5, will it do the trick, or do i need a cp 6?

    It should be possible that way but do not expect everything to work

    properties. You have to check nog they are AS2 animations, because they are

    no longer supported since 5. And probably you will see other problems with

    text, question slides etc. Maybe building from scratch with available

    assets would be quicker
