Can I use Captivate 2019 on Windows 11?

I recently upgraded to Win 11, but am unable to load my Captivate 2019 software. When I try, it gives me an error that says:

Update required
Your browser or operating system is no longer supported. You may need to install the latest updates to your operating system.

I'm using Chrome Version 103.0.5060.114 on Windows 11. Is there a workaround for this?

The most recent version 11.8 is needed for Win11. However it is only available as ubscription license.
