Can not install Captivate CC

Hi

I have downloaded Captivate using the Adobe ICT Licensing portal.

I downloaded the Mac Installer file using the download manager package. When trying to install this software I get the below error message. Could anyone advise me on what the issue is with the install??

    Captivate has never been part of the Creative Cloud, are you sure to talk about Captivate 9?

    This problem seems to pop up only for Mac users, and that Adobe Support Advisor seems to be missing. Did you try to download from an alternative site like:

    Adobe Captivate 9 Direct Download Links: Free Trials with no Akamai | ProDesignTools

    Totally legal site, it is an ACP.

    The Adobe eLearning Community is a user forum. For technical installation issues, you might have more success if you reach out to Adobe directly. Your institution or organization may have a service agreement with Adobe and you may have a dedicated group for support that you should really use.
