Can SCORM 1.2 report a learner's progress -- in terms of percentage of partial-completion of slides viewed -- for a course?

Hello eLearning Community, I want to ask if there are recommended settings that allow an LMS to report on learners' progress in a course that hasn't been completed, in terms of a slides-viewed percentage for partial-completion.  

Our LMS is SAP SuccessFactors, and our reports do not list learners' percentage of partial-completion for Captivate courses, but it does for other courses hosted in our system. 

I read the Captivate / LMS support page for SCORM settings but couldn't find an answer to my question there. I am aware that SCORM 2004 supports Completion Status but the page does not anywhere address partial completion, or percentage of  slides viewed.

Our lesson status report does report on incomplete/complete status for each student and the number of times the student has accessed the course.

I would appreciate any guidance you can offer.
