Can simultaneously video myself as I do a video demo??
In Adobe Captivate is there a way for me to make a video of myself talking while at the same time making a video demo on my computer?

No, that is possible with Video XPress, which is packaged with Adobe Presenter. With Video Demo, packaged with Captivate, you'll have to capture that video separately and insert it as a PIP.
