Can someone help me upgrade a Captivate 2 file?

I have a client who has an old Captivate 2 course.  We of course want to upgrade it so we can at least open it.  My oldest version is Cap 5.  Does someone still have cap 3 or 4 that might be willing to at least open it and save it to a higher version for me?
