Can someone help me with licencing for Captivate 8

1. I signed up for Captivate 8 on 20th March 2015 using the monthly payment.  It says it is an annual contract, but it also says that we can stop any time.  Does that mean we are committed for a full year or can we cancel when we want to?

2. As it stands at the moment we probably aren't going to use the licence for a couple of months.  But we may need to again in 2 or 3 months’ time.  Can we stop payment now and then reactivate when we need it again?

3. Our current projects are in Captivate 8.  If we cancel the licence, when we reactivate it, can we still use Captivate 8 or will we have to upgrade to Captivate 9.

4. If we don't cancel it, is it possible to use both Captivate 9 and Captivate 8 on the same laptop so we can use 9 for new projects, but use 8 to update old projects without upgrading them.

    Please find the answers for first 3 questions below:-

    1) We only have yearly commitment plan for Captivate subscription. You can cancel the subscription in between but there will be a cancellation fee of 50% of the remaining month.

    2) As mentioned above about the cancellation fee, I would advise you to continue with the subscription because you will be using it again in a month or two but if you will cancel it then there will be a cancellation fee and when you would need it, you again have to start all over.

    3) As you have purchased the subscription on 20th March 2015 when Captivate 8 was available in this case you can use Captivate 8 and 9 both but if you cancel it now and purchase a new one later then you will only get Captivate 9.

    I have only one answer, staff should answer for the others. You can have

    CP8.and 9 on the same laptop on one subscription.
