Can't access software

Hello everyone, 

I have a problem 😞

I pay every month and I still do not have access to AI,

There's always the 7 days left on top ... it's weird because I have a monthly fee.

I'm paying but can't use, I do not understand and when I try to delete, the AI itselft is not deletable
