Can't add Learning Interaction to file!

I've created my Jeopardy widget to add to my Captivate file.  I'm not seeing an "OK" button to add to the file; previously I clicked "OK" and it worked.  Now, whenever I click outside of the widget, nothing happens - the widget is basically stuck on the page. Therefore, I can't change resolution, maximize screen, nothing works. Please help! I've included a screen shot.

Which screen are you using? What is its resolution and display percentage? This dialog box is pretty large, and it seems that it cannot be displayed completely with your present settings.

Check the Display Resolution % on your Windows Settings in your operating system.  You may have it set too high.  Try setting it to 100% and see if that resolves the issue.
