Can't close audio Add/Edit pop-up box

When I try to add audio from the library, the Add/Edit box pops up but it has no exit button, nor any other buttons for that matter.

Is this a bug? And how can I get around it? [CP9.latest | Windows 10]

system resolution is 2560x1440. Not sure I understand your 2nd part.
