Can't create new project from PPT

Hi, I would like to obtain your ideas about two problems .

1. when I create one new project from PPT (.pptx), below page is showed. But I can't click anywhere to next step.

2. After I publish a project as "windows executable.exe.", I review the video. However, when I finish it I can exit by clicking "EXIT" button.

Do you have any idea about above 2 problems?

1. Can you please elaborate? What exactly happens when you press OK in the above screenshot? Does your PPT get imported or does it crash?

2. After publishing to .exe are you able to view the exe file? If so, what do you mean by you can exit by clicking " EXIT " button?

I can't click any button in below page. It's greyed. So I can't do

anything.

The PPT is newly created and not imported in AC before. I tried other PPTs

and they failed again.

2. After publishing to .exe are you able to view the exe file? If so, what

do you mean by you can exit by clicking " EXIT " button?

I can review the exe file. When I finish the file, I want to exit / close

the file. However, I can't close it by clicking the "Exit" button in the

lower right corner of play bar.

Thanks Wendy, May I please know your Captivate version number (Help > About Adobe Captivate..) and OS specifications (Windows/Mac)?
