Can't export flash cs6 in good quality

Hi, I can't seem to export my animation from flash cs6 in good quality. I tried exporting in avi, but that reduced the quality a lot and when I exported in quicktime, the audio didn't sync well. Not sure what to do, but I really want the video to look like it does when I test it as a swf file. Thanks!
