Can't import 360 videos into Captivate Classic

I'm having trouble gettin gmy 360 videos int Captivate Classic.  I'm using the Add 36 Image / Video button, selecting the video from my local files but nothing happens.  The files explorer window disappears but the video does not load into Captivate.

 

Any ideas?

    Let us try to detect the origin of your problem. Captivate is packaged with some VR assets, are you able to add them in your projects?
