Can't install Adobe captivate

I have a subscription licence for captivate, but cant download the app.  Its not on my cloud app.  My only option is download a trial or pay again.

I work for a large organisation and the order was paid for by procurement.  

 

 

Any ideas?

Captivate is NOT part of the Creative Cloud, you cannot use the CC app to instal it.

i'm downloading a trial and hopefully procurement can provide me with the serial number.

It depends on the type of license: perpetual (serial number) or subscription which is normally linked to an Adobe ID. I have no idea how it works with an enterprise subscription license. If you have still problems, will contact a staff member, but first try to figure it out with your IT people.
