Can't install Captivate 9

I have a subscription to Captivate that I have had for years. I deactivated my subscription on 2 other computers that I had been using. I am trying to install Captivate on an older computer to use. I have older versions of Captivate on this computer 7 and 8.

I downloaded the files but when I tried to install it keeps asking me to insert the Cap 9 disk. I don't have a disk. I tried both selecting I have purchased and install as a trial neither worked.

What do I need to do to install. I simply want to install and activate an existing subscription.

    With a subscription you can have only two versions of Captivate installed. If CP7 and CP8 were both also subscription licenses, you'll need to uninstall CP7.
