Can't install the eLearning asserts

Hi I can't seem to install the eLearning assets on the Mac, I get this error.

Any thoughts?

Legend

If you are on the most recent Mac version and/or using M1 chip, you need to use the Captivate version 11.8 (subscription only). Is that the case?

I'm using the demo - I will have my license shortly. Are yu saying this was solved in the latest version? Is the demo download an old verion?
