Can't Preview VR Project in Captivate 2019

When attempting to preview a VR Project in Captivate 2019 using Preview/Preview on Live Devices the following two results occur:

1. The CP program hangs with a browser message "(not responding)" 
2. Then a browser window opens after about 60 seconds and displays the message "this site can't be reached".

Restarted computer and program twice

Captivate 2019 11.5.1.499

Chrome Version 81.0.4044.138 (Official Build) (64-bit)

HP Win10 core i5/12GB RAM

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
