Can't re-access project

I'm having a problem re-accessing a segment built with Adobe captivate 5.5 installed in Moodle. There are about 20 slides of instruction and a 20 question quiz at the end.  The project is published as SCORM 1.2.  It appears that as long as the user remains active in the segment they can go back and forth from reviewing the materials to retaking the quiz, but once they leave the segment and go to the main course page there is a problem.  When they try and come back to review the segment again, they get a perpetual waiting to load segment window.

Any thoughts or ideas would be much appreciated in resolving this.

Have you tested this on any other module?

Is this happening locally as well?

Also try to test this on a free LMS called Scorm Cloud.

Thank you for the relpy.  I'm not sure I follow you about testing this on any other module.

What's happening is when I view the entire segment and complete the included quiz I cannot get back into it (using Moodle) once I've exited the activity.  If I haven't gone through the entire presentation, it's not a problem, I go right to where it left off.  But going in after completion, say as a review, the loading window never goes away.
