Can't record the highest score in LMS when click on rewind/play button in the score result page

In Captivate 2017, I used the "software simulation" method to create assessment with SCORM1.2 and show the score at the end of the quiz.

When I run the assessment in our LMS, I completed all questions to go to the score page in the first times, clicked the Rewind/Play button in the playbar, the Captivate programming has a bug in this time.

The score resets to 0%, It can't record my highest score in our LMS grade book. The content rewound to the first question. When I click on the correct position, it's can't continuous.

Is it a bug in this playbar? I always use this function and work in the previous version. But It can't record the highest score in this times.

In case you wonder about this: the Results slide is not automatically inserted when you don't have 'real' quiz slides, but you have to turn it on in Quiz, Preferences. All scores of interactive objects, which are used in any software simulation (training or assessment mode) are inlcuded in the values of quizzing system variables. Check in Advanced Interaction panel (F9). Rod explained very well that you should avoid to let the learner use the playbar. I would simply turn it off totally, or at least during the sim slides.

If the intention is to have another attempt at the quiz then you need to add the Retake Quiz button to the Quiz Results slide (via the Quiz Settings ) and ensure you have allowed multiple attempts on the quiz.  Merely jumping back to the beginning of the lesson via the Rewind button on the playbar can have unintentional effects in that although this might trigger the quiz score to be reset to zero again it won't necessarily reset all the required system variables to give you another true attempt at the quiz.  So you need to do things the way Captivate wants to do them.

So if you remove the playbar and publish, then you can't otherwise duplicate this issue?

I've been seeing a variety of concerns with the new CP version's playbar...

    Try a different playbar/skin?

At worst, don't use the playbar and setup your own custom controls, perhaps?
