Hi,

I can't see any of my Widgets when I publish my project in any format.  They work fine when I preview in browser and HTML browser though.....

Any help would be great.

Cheers

Stu

    Hi stum1976 ,

Content having Interactions should be hosted on a server. This is a expected behavior with Interactions.

Please try uploading your content to some LMS or server and see the behavior.

Check if it resolves your issue.

    Thanks

I had the same issue. I recently went from Captivate 6 to 9. The widget (in this case TIMELINE) would appear in every type of "preview", including in HTML. But would not appear when published. This never happened to me before upgrading to Cap9. Tried in both Explorer 9 and Chrome. Same result.

Timeline widgets only appeared after publishing them to our LMS.

Glad that the widgets will work once published, but this messes up my review process. But I'll figure something out. It would be much better/easier if the widgets would just play from a published folder on the network.

Can you provide more information: which version? Which widgets? Is this a responsive or a blank project? Which browser did you use after publishing? How did you deploy the published project?
