Can't show Text Caption

Hi ,

I am using Captivate 2019.

Suddenly, I can’t see all text caption in my Captivate.

I re-installed captivate , font and executed windows update.

However, I can’t see text caption…

In timeline, the Text Captions can show.

Last week, I can show the Text captions. However this week, I can't...

What should I do....
