Can't sign in to Captivate 7

Hi,

i'm having issues using the trial version of Captivate 7. When I launch the program a window says that i have to sign in. When i click the "Sign in" button the next window says i'm offline, when i'm obviously not. From here i can't proceed.

I appreciate your help!

Can you tell me the operating system which you are using ? Is it windows or Mac .
