Can't stop Captivate v2017 update notification!!!

Super Annoying! I want to stop FOREVER the popup window that appears every time I start up Captivate 9 telling me to update to version 2017.

Please help me!

II have made the upgrade and every time I open Captivate I get the notice.  That is inept marketing guys!!!
