Can't use mouse to click options in dialog boxes

I installed Captivate 6 five days ago, and everything has been working great. Today, whenever I get a pop up window in Captivate (Save, Cancel, etc), I cannot use my mouse to click on the button. I can use the arrow keys to navigate through the button options, and then press Enter. The mouse works fine in all other applications, including other Adobe apps.

I've tried rebooting, I've tried different Captivate files, and I've tried running it in normal mode and in administrator mode. I finally uninstalled and reinstalled Captivate. Still nothing. Odd that it's been working fine for 4 days.

This is my work computer, and whenever I launch Captivate (from the first time), I get a Windows User Account Control dialog box (do you want this software to make changes to your hard drive?) So, maybe it's some corporate setting on my laptop. I can turn off the UAC notices, but that doesn't solve the problem with Captivate.

grrrrrrrr....why is this happening to me???

Is the problem occuring on Captivate's published course?

If yes, Please try adding your course to Flash Player Global Securty Settings.

Read below --
