Can this type of question by added to a Adobe Presenter 10? What type of question is it?

No, if you want the exact layout of multiple questions in one slide. Presenter's Quiz Manager always creates a separate slide for each question.

But, "yes", if each of the five questions displayed can be posed one at a time. Each question is a multiple choice question, with two choices.

    It could also be the Likert type question, which would allow for multiple questions per slide, but each would need to share the possible responses. So it would be a little different from the image above. Otherwise, RicherRags is correct that a Multiple Choice question for each of them would work best. Just be sure that the questions are set to survey, not graded.
