Can users/students record audio and submit to LMS

All the forums I've found talk about the creator adding audio, what about users? is this possible?

    To which LMS?

    This can't be done with the Captivate program.

    Perhaps with Captivate Prime, but I doubt it.

    Some LMS products offer such capabilities - i.e. user can record webcam, desktop, microphone and upload the results to the LMS, usually in a gallery and/or discussion thread (Canvas can do this).
