Can we modify SCORM OPTIONS in the manifest without recompiling?

Hi,

I am lazy like all of us...

Have you  ever tried to modify your manifest directly without recompiling.. especially when testing.. Too long

For instance I'd like to change options like :

SCORM Version

Send data on each slide to NO...

Almost everything..

What can be changed and not changed, that is the question.
