Can you get 'Navigate visited slides only' ToC option to work on mobile devices?

The recent CP9 update fixed some important bugs for mobile devices, but I still find that when I use the 'Navigate visited slides only' option in the Table of Contents to restrict navigation this can still be defeated on mobile devices by swiping left or right.

Is there a workaround for this? I know I could disable gesture support but the double-tap to toggle the ToC is handy, especially on small devices. I cannot see an option to specify only certain gestures on publishing. Will this be corrected in the next update?

Hi Andrew,

Navigate to visited slide only option is TOC related. i.e you will not be allowed to navigate to any slide through TOC if the slide is not visited. None the less you are allowed to go to next and previous slide through play bar buttons/or swipe gestures.

How ever if you want to restrict navigational gestures per slide you could do that in cp9 by unchecking the option "Allow gesture Navigation" which is present under properties(slide).

Hi Devraj,

Funnily enough I tried exactly that the other day when experimenting with quiz questions and has just tested it on the course I am currently working on. It works . You can still double tap to toggle the ToC too.

Many thanks,

Andrew
