Can you record user voices in Captivate?

We are building an assessment that requires students to respond to prompts by recording their voice responses.  Is this supported in Captivate?  We are trying to choose the platform fro developing the assessment.

This is not currently supported in Captivate.

I want to upload my elearning project to Captivate Prime since the preview on the browser is not available anymore on my mac os High Sierra.  However, I would prefer that Captivate offers users this functionality to record users' voice to answer my question.  Otherwise, I want to know the price for $4 per month of CP Prime is only for one user with how many learners?  It is hard to make a decision to get Prime if this functionality is not available for me, thanks!
