Can you remove matching lines on question quiz slide?

I have two matching quiz slides with eight matching items on each slide. As the user selects the matching answers, the lines drawn by Captivate from the question to the answer become really distracting. By the time all eight matches are complete, the slide is quite busy with crisscrossing lines.

Is there a way to turn off this formatting feature in Captivate? I would prefer that the lines not appear at all.

Thank you for any help or suggestions you can provide!

Correct answer VikasMahajan

If you have Captivate 6.1 then you can use Drag and Drop interactive wizard for custom matching slides and you will not have the lines in the output and you can also include the slide in quiz and enable the reporting from Drag and Drop properties.

You could create custom matching slides, using the interactive D&D widget from InfoSemantics and/or ListArea widgets. Then you'll not have lines at all,

Hi There,

Welcome to Adobe Forums.

Lines (Criss Cross) to define the match in Matching Quiz slides are programmed in Captivate so there is no workaround to remove them from the slide.

Thanks
