Can you Separate a Quiz and Survey

I have attempted to create a quiz (which I have done) but I need to have after a passing grade a survey afterwards. What I have now is has it all combined together, which won't work for what I am trying to accomplish. Is there a way to have them separate?

Also am I missing something or can you not import a Captivate quiz into Captivate? I know you can do this in Adobe Presenter.
