cancel subscription

I had a chat session over a week ago to cancel subscription and I was just charged for an annual membership!?!?!? It's Sunday at 8:00 and there is no way to resolve this. Not to mention it's hard enough to get ahold of someone during REGULAR business hours.

I expect to have this resolved immediately, and why on earth wouldn't you have a way to cancel membership online?

I'm still trying to cancel this subscription - chat is not available, no phone number to follow up, and this cannot be cancelled online. I am being charged for an annual membership now and I want this resolved immediately. My company has taken care of a license and I need this cancelled.

Understand your frustration but this is a user forum, not the place to find an answer to your type of request. I am a user, and almost all people that are answering questions are in the same situation. Occasionally an engineer will pop in to answer technical questions.
