Cancelled subscription reactivated - Please Undo!

Today I received an email message that my cancelled subsciption has been reactivated...

I am not sure why this happened and I do NOT want to reactivate anything.

So whatever has happened please undo.

I repeat: I still want to cancel my subcsription at the end of regular subcription time and NOT renew and reactivate anything.
