Cannot access eLearningBrothers assets from Captivate 9

I had a problem in accessing the free eLearningBrothers.com assets that Captivate 9 subscribers now have available to us via the Assets button in the Captivate program.


This was because I had already had an eLearningBrothers account (with the same email address as my Adobe account) before Adobe's agreement with them and it seems that neither of my passwords (for either Adobe or ELB worked).
I also could not register as a new user, as the system recognised me as an existing user.

If you experience this hassle, you will need to make contact with the eLearningBrothers contact centre rather than with the Adobe contact centre to sort this out.....
The database for this is run by ELB and Adobe has no way of manually sorting out queries from their side and asks you rather to speak directly to ELB rather than them being a go-between.

ELB did however resolve the issue very speadily and I was able to get into these assets while 'chatting' to their call centre agent.
So all's well that ends well.

Thanks for the information. After updating Captivate 9, I have totally lost all the Assets. The button doesn't work. When I go to the folder, everything is there on my hard drive, but can't pull it up suing the Assets button.
