Cannot create a 360° slide

Question

Hi everyone,

I just downloaded the free trial of Adobe Captivate to create a 360° Project. However, I do not have the option, the interface I have is different from all the tutorials I found ... (picture enclosed). Do you know if this is an issue due to the free trial version or is there something else I can do to test it ?

You did download version 12, which doesn't have all the features in previous versions. For that reason you can use Captivate Classic (11.8) along with version 12, until that recent version has all the features actually available in Captivate Classic. Please try to download that version, it can be installed along version 12. Captivate Classic allows to create virtual projects and insert 360° slides in a normal project.
