Cannot create/edit Advanced Actions (Big Sur)

Hello.

I recently updated to Big Sur on my iMac and noticed Captivate isn't displaying the Advanced Actions UI correctly. Whether I'm creating one from scratch or updating one I already created, I get this weird UI.

I'm starting to believe moving up to Big Sur was not a good idea. Any idea what causes this or what should I do?
