Cannot get Captivate 6 to recognize my Audio Device

I just purchased Captivate 6 as a subscription and cannot get the program to recognize the inputs from the PreSonus StudioLive digital mixer. I need to use this device because the preamps / effect / signal processing combination it provides is actually part of our branding. The only thing Captivate seems to recognize is the built-in sound card for the PC. Audition uses the PreSonus just fine, so I'm not sure what the problem is. The symptoms are that no audio device shows up in settings. I've set up WDM mapping in the PreSonus driver but that didn't help.
