Cannot GET livepreview

Hi everyone:

 

I have a responsive project, which works fine when previewing it on the local browser. However, when trying to test it on live devices I get the following error  message:

 

Cannot GET /livepreview/qr.svg

 

Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

    Are both your computer and your mobile device connected to the same wireless network?  

     

    If that's not possible, e.g. because you are in a corporate environment where using wireless is not permitted, you may need to upload your output as a SCORM to an LMS such as SCORM Cloud and test its performance from there.
