Cannot hear audio on video demo

Howdy! I'm creating a video demo using Captivate 6. Puzzled because I can no longer hear the audio narration whether in edit mode or preview mode. However, if I open Audio > Edit > Project Narration, the narration is there and tracking along with my video.

Am I skipping a step to re-integrate it with my video somehow? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
