Cannot Log into Adobe Connect

I have been trying to log into adobe connect for a week...changed My User ID on adobe twice and the adminstrator keeps adding my email and password, but it isn't working. I am losing my mind for a $20 hour job. Anyone have similiar issues? 

 

In the tutorial it said the administrator is supposed to assign a username and password, but they have yet to send me one and keep telling me to sign in with my email...but never give a password. I am tired.
