Cannot print to Word

I have Adobe Captivate Classic 11.8.3.8 and Windows 11.

I can no longer Print to Word (perhaps the latest update broke it?).  I get the message:
Publish to MS Word failed.  Retry after ensuring that

 - The document is not open.

 - You have installed Microsoft Word.

 

I do have Word installed, and the document is not open, as it hasn't even been created yet.  I don't have any Word documents open.

Can any advise on the fix please?

    In my organisation, there is a policy that blocks the Word templates that Captivate Classic uses to print to Word, due to the old Word version.  This prevented print to Word from working.  My IT created a new group that doesn't block those files and added myself and other Captivate users, and we can now print to Word!

    C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Captivate Classic x64\Adobe Captivate Classic x64\Gallery\PrintOutput
