Cannot publish my responsive project to swf or pdf. I can publish to HTML5 but the videos do not work.

Help! I am having trouble publishing my responsive project into HTML5/swf or pdf format. I don't have these as options. When I publish to device as HTML5, my videos don't work. Can someone help me with this please? I'm using Captivate 9 on a Mac.

    A responsive project can only be HTML5, that is the reason why you cannot publish to SWF/HTML nor pdf (which needs an embedded Flash Player as well). There is no mobile device that supports Flash player anymore.
