cannot publish to video or to you tube

I am on a dell- windows 10

I have moved my project files to an external drive, as I have no storage left on main computer.  When I publish to video  onto the ext drive or to youtube, it gets as far as "Swf to video" and then crashes or just stalls there.

File is 20 minute video- 68 slides

I have done in in 32 bit, but am told I have a 62 bit machine.  Is that the issue?

Please help.
