Hi there,

If you are using Captivate on Windows 7 then can you try launching captivate in admin mode and try out the operations mentioned?

Are you able to create a simulation project from Welcome screen ?

Was this working earlier and seized to work after some time or is this the status from the time you installed Captivate 4?
