Cannot revisit Knowledge Check Questions

I have a project with some KC questions and quiz questions, both with multiple attempts.  Navegation allows to recheck content but when doing this, project doesn´t advance to the KC slide nor the evaluation slides even if evaluation is not performed yet.  Normally, I expect that if the slide is a KC with infinite attempts the project lets this slides to be seen again as if it were the first time the slide is visited.

Any ideas? thanks!

     Navigation is using the TOC, I discovered that the problem was due to popup windows activation in mozilla, when I allowed popups it worked as expected.

    When you say that your navigation allows for rechecking content, could you explain more precisely what you are talking about?  Is this navigation via buttons or other interactive objects that you have added to the project?  Or do you mean the default Submit, Submit All, Retake Quiz buttons etc.

    Also, what version of Captivate are you using?
